Cancellation Policy

Booking times are secured once payment has been received. If you need to reschedule please contact us at least 72hrs before your appointment. If you do not reach us in within this time the consolation fee will be forfeited. To reschedule after a missed or late consultation a new payment is required to secure your new booking.
